Terms of service
1. About the service
DigitalMeni is a software platform for digital menus (QR menu, live waiter panel, optional Mini Website) aimed at restaurants, cafés, bars and other hospitality businesses. By registering an account, completing an application or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms of service.
2. Who may use the service
The service is intended for businesses and their authorized staff. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for ensuring that anyone you grant access to (waiters, managers, etc.) uses the platform appropriately.
3. Account registration and accuracy
You must provide accurate and up-to-date business and contact information, including restaurant name, contact person, email address and phone number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions, billing and Stripe
Paid plans are billed through Stripe according to the package selected during application or upgrade. Prices, currency and billing interval are shown before checkout. By completing Stripe Checkout you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription as described in the admin panel; downgrades typically take effect at the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
5. Your content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of menu content you upload (names, descriptions, prices, images, categories and translations). You grant DigitalMeni a non-exclusive license to host, display and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you and your guests. You confirm that you have the right to use all uploaded material and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading malware, scraping the service without permission, reselling access without agreement, or using the service for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Service availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, network issues or third-party outages (hosting, Stripe, etc.) may cause temporary downtime. We may improve, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigitalMeni and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data or business interruption arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
9. Termination
You may close your account by canceling your subscription and contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions (liability, content responsibility) survive.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction of the service provider unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise. Questions: support@digitalcentar.com. Last updated 2026.
